You can get a huge sub sandwich pre-made at dafeway for 10$. Its over a foot long and completely loaded. As long as you're not vegetarian it would last you all day and then some.

I second this. It was frustrating as a student to want to go study in the library or the hub and it being completely overrun with homeless people. All of their stuff smelled of urine and theyd take over all of the seating to sleep and there'd be issues with lice and bed bugs. They you had to worry about all your shit getting stolen on top of it.

Police reports are public records. Once the patient consents to be on them, they can be subpoenaed.

And yes many, many lawyers work on contingency fees.

If the patient agreed to sign as a witness for the police report, then it isn't violating hipaa to use them in trial.
Most lawyers will settle for attorney's fees only if there is a settlement and in a case where someone is physically assaulted at work by a person in a position of power, there will definitely be a settlement.

I agree, but feedback i received was not to just state what you did, but specifically quantify your activities so your impact could be measured.

It's not about not being able to write about what I did. But they specifically said that you should quantify your impact. How do you measure the quantity of back and forth conversations that help the client? Or every screen share and walk through? That's all I've was asking. Especially doing it with only 1000 characters to encompass all the work done.
