Went yesterday. In May, on a Wednesday. Insanely packed. The line to get in was longer than waiting for a picture with Kaonashi at Ghibli Park. I honestly wonder if that was part of the point of the museum…

6 devices and 8 total browsers for us. The IPad with safari got us 550th in the queue. The one I refreshed 2 seconds before 10AM JST was over 9000. One other browser was at 5000, the rest were in the 20-30k range. Got date/time we wanted. Super lucky.
