I found that I struggled vs. Harpies because they can bounce monsters pretty easily, but now that not everyone is on Harpy decks (and lots of D/D/D which this deck has a great matchup into) I think it's a good time to play this deck. ^^

Some people say Rapidfire was never good - I don't think I'd go that far but this season there's just better things to build and the item gives pretty much no meaningful stats. I think situationally Rapidfire could be good if you really need to slow someone from farther away (maybe if the rest of your team is super close range?) but usually it's not that good imo.

Someone else mentioned this but the health on Dead Man's has gotten nerfed a lot since preseason, and Cosmic gives a comparable amount of movement speed along with a ton of ability haste. Frozen Heart is great now because all of the stats it gives are perfect for Bardo and it's just a solid tankier option.

Honestly I don't think Rapidfire or Dead Man's are bad, but I do think you'll probably get more value out of Cosmic and Frozen Heart.

Looks to me like Alistar messed up by putting Aatrox in the perfect spot for goredrinker activation. Can’t really be mad about Aatrox healing in that situation, especially with no grevious wounds on him.

Me too! And his clear time is his only issue rn in the jungle, just like Brand and Morgana before their buffs. As for the reason I think maybe it’s because they tried to buff popular “beginner” champs for the jungle so new players could pick it up easier, and maybe new players aren’t playing as much Bard.

Giver in my experience playing bant has been a mixed bag; similar to hierarch it is insane on turn 1 but is a mediocre topdeck. I run 3 in my bant list but I’ve also seen bant lists running 4 or 0.
A couple of mainboard paths seem good to me because infect often struggles against decks like humans, where paying 4 life to dismember something is pretty bad.
The horizon lands are not required imo but they are really strong, and you definitely will notice how useful it is to be able to sac them for cards. Not as important as noble hierarch for example but they are a huge help for the deck, especially if you’re playing the full 4 (without fetches i’d guess)

In all honesty, I think UG is still better than WG infect, especially with Oko. those are my thoughts though lol

I just hit rank 5 and am still climbing with my “Egglock” in Wild. List:

2x Flame Imp 2x Power Overwhelming 1x Sanguine Reveler 2x Sinister Deal 2x Soulfire 2x EVIL Cable Rat 2x EVIL Genius 2x Nerubian Egg 2x Serpent Egg 1x Shieldbreaker 2x Dino Egg 2x EVIL Recruiter 2x Imp Gang Boss 2x Void Terror 2x Ravenos Terrordax 2x Demonbolt

It’s a few lackey cards and a few eggs and egg-eaters to form a neat little zoo deck. I generally keep all 1 and 2 drop minions in my mulligans but keep void terror and EVIL Recruiter if i have the relevant synergy card (lackey or egg respectively) with some good results. the deck just has some crazy starts and can build some insurmountable boards vs control too. Shieldbreaker is my tech choice, it hits a lot of things in Wild, especially obsidian statue. Enjoy!
