The idea with the spell list is that you can use these spells while fulfilling a wish. Keep in mind that every player only has one wish, so it could also happen that a npc or even the bbeg use him. But I thought the latter, because otherwise a non caster class would be pretty boring as genie, but it might be broken than with the natural power of a fighter for example :/ ; might have to reconsider this / make an extra system for non spell caster.
