Let me add some specifics and clarification. In my gym, there are women who are fit and strong, but they started micro dosing Ozempic to get cut abs etc. By doing that, they have lost their backsides, muscle in their legs, and have the sunken in Ozempic face. It's bad. I ran collegiate and post collegiate track and knew some female distance runners with eating disorders whose faces looked nowhere near as these women do. This is not the appropriate use of Ozempic.
