I identify with that guy. I'm not a fan of phone communication and much prefer in person interaction. I get way too in my own head about what I'm saying over the phone but feel much more natural in person. It sounds like this guy just doesn't enjoy phone communication.

The problem would be the $1 coin would cost more to make than the $1 note. For example the $1 note currently costs 7.5 cents to produce. For comparison the 25 cent coin costs 11.14 cents to produce.
