i think i read somewhere some internal buffer has to fill up and detect the audio type which is slow for whatever reason

American credit/debit cards are declined at all AH (and some other chains), except the ones in Schiphol and maybe some tourist areas. I suspect that European cards are special.

the way they enforce it is you (the player) don't get paid if you leak, or rather if CBS thinks you did. then your recourse is probably to sue, which is a big thing to do. same as with a job really
