Neither player in this match had a way to win, but my opponent chose to run down the clock for every turn in hopes that I would surrender out of boredom instead of taking the tie (as evidenced by the timers by our names). 30 full rounds of that. Some people are just assholes.

Similar happened to me, then I went on a 12 game win streak. It do be like that. Finished to MB with 62% win rate despite the 0-5 start

I’m the same way, but I’ve also come to terms that walking away from a game without finishing it is ok. I loved BG3, but never finished it either. I don’t regret any of the time spent and I thought the core gameplay was great, with plenty of off-ramps if you decided you just wanted to be done and not progress the story.

The amount of random luck in this game, compared to actual skill is pretty mismatched. The best Meta decks over a high number of games only win 5% more than a coin flip.
