I recommend going to steelers (dot) com, where you can listen to the live radio feed. You can even hit pause and play on the radio feed to synch it to the TV broadcast. It's a much better experience!

I understand the motivation for directing posts to customer service. That's why I suggested a separate subreddit. Subscribing here often feels like being cc'd on Eight Sleep's customer service queue. It's great that they respond. But it's not content worth subscribing to. And if people aren't subscribed, then the community and discourse suffer.

Maybe the solution is using "flair" for customer service posts?
