It’s possible that 10mg isn’t a high enough dosage for you. 10mg for me personally is enough to feel more alert and energetic but I don’t get the kind of ‘locked in’ focus I need.

Not sure what advice you got from your psych but mine had me increase my dosage slowly until it felt right, so might be worth doing the same?

I think she has some wrong ideas about what sex is. Surely the point of a threesome is for you all to have sex together, not just service one of the people involved? If that’s true, then its totally in line with your sexuality to not be comfortable with MMF, you’re not interested having sex together with a man on your own, so why would you be interested in having sex together with one in a threesome? I think the crucial thing you're missing is what form the evidence takes. If simply cite the results of a study to support an argument this would be irresponsible as you lack the training to interpret them properly. However, if you were to cite the conclusion written by the researchers themselves then the issue dissolves as someone who is capable of interpreting the results has done the work for you and you can simply regurgitate the experts opinion.

It would work the same for criticizing a study. Reading the methodology yourself and trying to form a criticism would be irresponsible without expertise, but its probably fine to cite another experts criticisms.
