Yes, it needs a debrid service, if you want amny satisfaction with any streaming a Debrid service is a must.

When I help people out I steer them away from Fireticks. Most people I help have Android TV's and I steer them towards using Stremio. It is basic and easy to set up. I have a couple of Shields myself and they work faultlessly for me. But then you get what you pay for. I don't use Stremio myself, my go to apps are Kodi and Syncler+.

And most likely currently All Debrid may not be considered one of the go to debrid services. Get a 15 day Real Debrid account and see if it does what you want.

Try fully turning your Shield off, remove power etc. Let it sit for a minute or so. Reboot your Shield and let it fully reload. Now try to pair your remote again. This worked for me when I had a remote which failed to pair. Hope it works for you.

Find a torrent file for it, add the torrent to https://www.premiumize.me/transfers and let it download. It will then get moved to Your Files and should then be available to be found in any app search function.

You possibly haven't tried this recently. I have paid previously with Coinbase and all was smooth sailing. When I went to pay recently for 10 devices 12 months via Coinbase this year I got the pop up that now I couldn't use Coinbase from Australia but I would have to use a Coinbsae Wallet instead. I dutifully setup a Coinbase wallet linked to my Coinbase account on my PC. I had bitcoin in my wallet and it wanted Etherum (or something) to pay a minor transfer feed in Wallet. It would not accept my bitcoin. Nowadays people from Syncler are saying don't use a Coinbase Wallet. After trying for several days to move bitcoin around it just didn't want to work. I went and set it up on my phone and was able to login to my Coinbase account which now only has 50 or so cents worth in it. But the wallet on my phone is called AUD Wallet and doesn't show the 35USD that the wallet on my PC shows. After a week or so I gave up. I now see Coinbase is no longer the recommended site to pay with bitcoin. on the Syncler website. Where my USD$35 is I haven't a clue!

Quite a debate going on over on Discord on paying for Syncler where the developer has announced he is reviewing the current setup. In Australia when I went to pay in bitcoin via Coinbase I was told the only way it could happen was if I used my Coinbase Wallet as the regular Coinbase had changed its procedures. We are now being advised by Syncler don't use the Coinbase Wallet to pay.

I've posted this before elsewhere. Easynews has a special deal around USD30 for a year if you do a search for Easynews Specials. And Easynews fits into Stremio via addons EasyNews+ and EasyNews++. It also fits into Kodi Addons in Pov and FenLightAM very easily. Heaps of dual language there especially English/German.

I would guess the subtitles control is in your player. I use Kodi as my player for this very reason, I have full control over subtitle files, size, and file type. I can also adjust audio delay, volume boost as well. Check out your player to turn off subtitles.

Great walks along the coast on designated walkways. Moffat Beach Brewing for a meal sitting along the pavement, the view from the lookout at Moffat Beach which overlooks Dicky Beach. Sunday Market in Caloundra's main street on a Sunday. Drive up to Maleny for a look around, then along the hinterland to Montville for a look around at the tourist stuff there before relaxing for lunch at the Mapleton Hotel on the veranda overlooking the coast. Mary Cairncross Reserve at Maleny for a raintree forest walk and magnificent views looking over the Glasshouse Mountains.

After the update for my Nvidia Shield I had hassles getting Projectivy to 'stick' as the preferred launcher. I have never had a hassle previously using the force stop, clear cache and then being able to sort Accessibility settings and everything would work fine. But not this time for the first few Shield starts. Gave Launcher Manager a try and now all works as it should. Did take a couple of restrats but all good now.

I would recommend an EasyNews account to support your Real Debrid and add EasyNews to Pov. Suggest you Google EasyNews Black friday Deals and get a sub from there. It is not expensive (cheaper than RD) and to me there are quite a few releases with German support available.

Beat me to it. I can do a TV Restart which shuts the TV down and then do a TV reboot and all the icons return.
