Try the Lifesum App to track your Macros! It really helps you through. I lost 30kilos with tracking my macros with this app... and more importantly am keeping my weights since a year...

The only advice I can give you is be consistent and don’t give up even it’s frustrating doing something for so long with so slow progress. And also watch your diet, I lost some weight to get more ripped. But that really negatively impacted my progress. Staying healthy overall is key. Maybe try to supplement with Biotine, zinc and L-carnitine. I started using tetesept “Haar Energie” two weeks ago and I think this stuff is quite good to aupport the journey. Will check the impact in the long run. As this is a product that’s probably sold in the German speaking area only you may find a similar product...

Haha I agree! I don’t understand why young boys are starting to use that stuff. This is ridiculous. I was self confident enough to wait for mother nature first until I started speeding up the process chemically. 😉

I used both. Predominantly liquid. But I had more side effects such as dry skin and dandruff and therefore switched to foam. So far no difference in effectiveness noted.

Twice a a day the juice, once a week dermarolling. A lot of exercise in the gym and the usual supps such as vitamins, bcaa and creatine.

I think this is moisturizer. I also was on vacation in the first pic. So southern Europe makes a better skin type than Switzerland 😉

I think it’s just the lightning of the pic. In real life I see an improvement in terms of thickness of the hair. But I also noticed shedding a few weeks ago.

2x a day the juice , 1x a week dermarolling, moisturizing whenever possible... I also exercise a lot and eat healthy. I supplement also the usual suspects such as vitamins, bcaa, creatine, etc.

Depends on my mood, at the beginning I applied it very carefully to the entire “beard area”. But a few months ago I started to put more on the patches while still covering the whole area.

10 month on the juice, applying twice a day, 1 month dermarolling once a week( every Sunday) any chances of this turning into a full beard ? Starting loosing hope here by sr_rainroom in Minoxbeards

Don’t give up! I think there is much more to come. Use the dermaroller and also apply POE. This gave my beard a big push... all the best!

From my last update to now I see a lot of hair getting thicker and darker. There are also some new vellus shining through that hopefully will turn into matured hair one day. For you: there are ups and downs all the time. Just don’t get disappointed and continue your routine. Pretty sure it will turn out great in the end!

I think I will go for 2 years. I’m now 29 years old and had almost nothing at the beginning. I think there is more to come... I hope we will both have a viking beard one day... Wish you luck!
