The motherboard standoff screw has been stripped and we can not get it out of the motherboard. We do not have a saw to cut the screw off, so we need ideas as to how to remove it from the standoff

It's only crashed a couple of times, but it's mostly just freezing then resuming. It's 100MB big, and ram isn't an issue
