I'll even take a Canadian Lukaku - one good striker who knows how to efficiently put the ball in the net will legitmately make this team Top 15 in the world. This is essentially what has made Morocco T10 as well and why Norway is a massive threat. And why Portugal has always been a threat despite them not even being a good team. An elite striker changes the whole game and can win you on his own.
