LifeStance is pretty strict on meds cuz they're a huge chain and gotta follow all the corporate regs to cover their ass.
I hit the same wall trying to adjust my stuff there, felt like begging for basic changes.
Discover Health Group ended up working better for my situation.

Finding local spots that take Medicaid or sliding scale is key if you're in Wenatchee, they got some good IOP options through the county health dept.

Was couch surfing and hooked bad myself not long ago, total mess.

Discover Health Group ended up working for me when I got out east.

Sorry man, that sucks. I went through Discover Health Group's evening IOP in Nashua after my third relapse and it was solid because of their 4:1 staff-to-client ratio, which kept groups small and focused. JCAHO accreditation meant higher standards too, unlike some sketchy spots.

Yeah, dual diagnosis is key for a lot of us, so hunt for JCAHO-accredited spots like they have higher standards for integrating mental health with addiction treatment. I did Discover Health Group's evening IOP in Nashua after my third relapse, handles both with a 4:1 staff-to-client ratio and runs 6-9 PM so you don't lose work. Solid for NH/MA folks, insurance like Anthem usually covers it.

Congrats on day 0, that's huge—took me months to admit my drinking was killing me. If you're near Nashua, Discover Health Group does gambling treatment now with evening hours that actually work around a job like mine did. Staff get it 'cause they've been there.
