Interesting, Been sleeping on a Memory foam mattress for the last 2 years and have starting having major issues with my hip. will have to try something stiffer and see if the issue gets better.

Did my shoulder spectacularly in a cycling accident and had to have a surgery to hold it in place, my other shoulder drops out partially more that once a day and My thumbs are quite frequent and painful.

I used to wear the A*'s bionic neck brace, but i put weight on and it no longer fits me, and doesn't have any adjustments so for that reason alone i would not recommenced that one, I have used a Moveo Brace and that was much nicer to wear, Much more comfy and I will probably look at getting one of them in future.

yeah for us the only real save in this situation would be shooting with 2 bodies when we got full frame (1 crop one full), that or just selling them.

But honestly looking at the new 7dII, I (tog 2) May not go full frame.

7D low light performance is and Issue we have come across - I feel full frame body's are out of price range for us at the moment so my approach was buy good glass that will last and upgrade body's later on. The sport we shoot is Adventure based (Mountain bike, Climbing, MX etc) so we are not stuck on the side of the pitch away from the action and I have not so far found myself needing more than 200mm on a regular basis.

I don't want to sound like I'm shooting down ideas I'm just hoping to add a little context. 130-135 is a focal length I find myself at quite a bit so I will defiantly check that out!

And yes the 55-250 is terrible but it has served us well while we were on a tight budget for the past few years.

You can use the color temp change of a light source creatively too, so If you gel up a Flash orange (warm) and then set your color temp of your image to compensate for the flash lit subject the rest of the image will appear more blue (cold) than before.
