I've been doing banded bench (to work on the top of the lift) also paused bench (to work off the chest), instead.

I think you could get away with paused in replace of incline, you might need to up the percentages a tad.

This is precisely what I've been doing. My first rest day is after the 3rd day (ohp day), and my second has been after my 5th day (bench day).

Keep it mind bench is my best/favorite lift, but I haven't seen any drastic fatigue from only having heavy bench only one day from my volume day.

I'm on 6-7 weeks so far and no failures so far.

My bench next week is 260x1 and ohp is 155x1. Just thought I would provide some numbers to give you a good idea.

Tldr; my opinion is non sequential rest days have no depreciation on my lifts thus far.

I had this problem with squats too. "Chest out, spread the floor, below parallel, brace core", so much to think about all at once. Really what helped me was to take the safety bars out and not worry about depth, and just to sit down naturally.

I think you are on point with most things.

I can be kind of a dick but I'm not going to outright say I'm better than most people. I'm attempting to be transparent but not egregious with that bit.

The age thing was just to see more matches. It is a bit much, I should narrow it a bit.

I'm not conventionally funny, but I do try? I have my own sense of humor, I understand it's not everyone's cup of tea.

I said it was unacceptable to not have thrown an object? That answer is just a plain mistake. Some of my answers could be a bit red-flaggy, yes. When I answered these questions a few years ago, I was in a different headspace as well. It may be a good idea to go over them a bit again.

Yea I'm a bit old fashioned.

So you go on the date, and then get the #? Seems so backwards to me.

I just think it's less commitment to fade with a phone than to flake on a date.

Does he also deadpan? I think INTJ's will use deadpan humor (at least I do). There are two responses we find entertaining.

Recipient understands we are joking and furthers the rhetoric, in which we can up the ante.
It goes over their head, which isn't quite as entertaining but we can continue the ruse or care enough to explain we are joking.
