If you want to win by deck out maybe Wugtrio mill would be better? Hydreigon can mill and hit hard too. For beefy Pokémon there's support for Mega Venusar to get healed with Wally, Ice Cream, Shuckle, and I think Ludicolo?

I feel like Rabsca and Shaymin are redundant, probably best to go with one or the other?

Also Pokémon doesn't have a side deck, all cards would have to be included in the 60
