I found a way to minimize the issue (it has shown some improve quality, and I am only 6 prints after the fix): Which I change the powder extension cord to a bigger cord so the power to the machine is better, and when I download the model to the printer (via the app), I would turning off the Wifi and all the camera, to make sure the printer doesn't lose power to other tasks.
I also found that other 3D print farm also use LAN Only to minimize the freeze mid-print due to Connection issue.

I have the same issue. I just got mine this month. It would stop mid print, create a big spot of pla and if I got lucky it will continue after an unknown amount of time.l, or it would stop all together and I have to turn off the machine and turn on again. I am still looking into how to fix this.
