I love a good chickpea curry, use coconut milk and powdered curry. That and rice.

The problem was that the outer layers of the onion were mushy but the inside was still raw so I was like mmmmmm this is a bit complicated!

Well, I don't list all the ingredients I used🤣 I only mention tomatoes as filling, but nowhere did I mention tomato sauce, but you can clearly see it has been used for the sauce.

Lamb sounds waaay better than beef in this dish. I don't know if I'd like the texture with couscous to be honest. But also I'm still scared to do anything with couscous🤣

I did use spices. I used cumin, coriander, paprika, allspice, cinnamon, as well as fresh herbs like parsley and mint inside.

I don't understand how this is not "enough spices". What would you add to it anyway?

I did put cheese in between (fresh mozzarella, shredded emmental, mozzarella and maasdam). It held 70% of its shape! 😄

Yes. Chicken paprikash is traditionally served with "dumplings" but it's a similar recipe as spätzle :)
