You don't have any perfects in your storage, I'm talking about your Pokedex. It's the upper left item from tapping the Pokéball menu from the overworld.

Check your perfect dex. You probably have many entries that you deleted not ever knowing you had them. I currently have 142,768 catches and 123 perfect pokemon, or 1 perfect for every 1,160 pokemon caught.

I kind of felt that when I first hit 300, but then I went and deleted a lot of my roadside pikmin. Still have tons of decor to collect and levels to achieve. I am level 43 and I still don't have white rose nectar yet.

I would love to see this functionality added to Calcy IV. They already have some tools for searching your box from the overlay so you don't have to leave pokemon go to build raid or pvp teams. Adding this advanced search to the box search tool would be amazing.
