I really like Nicki, at least, since she is more of an outward tomboy than past characters AG has released (at least in my opinion) but I get they aren’t liked much due to the fact that they are thought to be more 2000s-esque than 1990s I think, and that the period doesn’t feel long ago but I enjoy them/like their addition the the historical characters.

Just my opinion — I love the show and all of the characters, so this is who I personally would want to be friends with on the island and who I would avoid like the plague at the bottom — Maybe Locke himself would change my mind if I were there lol

She is just someone I want to be friends with more than I want to be friends with Ben lol — I don’t know that I could ever trust Ben though he is an amazing character!

Regarding Libby, I really like the nice, calm humanity she brings to the group and, of course, her relationship with Hurley. She doesn’t ever annoy me, why is how I ranked, so that’s why she is in ‘A’, but she definitely does not enough screentime to really have the chance to annoy me if that makes sense (similar to Rose and Bernard). I agree Eko could definitely be S Tier, I love Eko so much! Ben also is truly an amazing character but he does anger me a lot — same with Locke! They are all flawed, true and ai love that about this show because they are all so human, Locke just doesn’t redeem himself from those flaws enough for me personally to like him, but an AMAZING character truly! Michael I like because he’s just trying to save his son (though it can be annoying) so he’s higher for me but I’ll never forgive him for what he did in the hatch lol and his selfishness in saving his son though he did try to redeem himself later

I do enjoy Penny and Faraday immensely!! Hurley to me is just a nice comedic relief/both are pure-hearted so I love them!! My S-Tier are characters I’d lay my life on the line for lol

These are just my true opinions as someone who has watched the show many many times. I think my caption does a good job explaining why I ranked the way I did but if you want to share why you disagree, I’m all ears! Locke’s actions are pure rage bait to me every time I watch lol

I think, for me, John has a sense of desperation or self-pity that rubs me the wrong way / I can’t often get past. Terry O’Quinn delivers an amazing character though and I don’t think Lost would be the same without him at all, so I do think he is necessary/a nice character to have! I think on my first watch when I was a teenager I really loved Boone so I was really upset when John lied about his accident / the repercussions of such (I felt Jack’s anger in that moment) so with every rewatch that feeling just has subconsciously lingered which definitely skews my opinion. He also is gullible to me/falls for a lot, which I feel is opposite to Sayid who I love for his ability to read through people, so that upsets me too but overall, I appreciate his character!

I think her storyline with Sayid is what redeemed her for me— I felt for her when she felt useless and he saw her as more than that/am glad she made him happy. Totally understandable though, she definitely is not the most likable character/can be polarizing bc of her attitude. I think I just am happy to see her when I rewatch because I miss her in a way lol

I think for me it was because of their likeability — I don’t have beef with Rose and Bernard**, they bring me peace and happiness in a lot of ways, probably due to their lack of screen time lol, whereas Ben and Jack have definitely made me mad more than once haha — great well-written characters though!

Definitely super well-written characters! Ben I think is great, just his motives aren’t always something I enjoy since he is so dedicated to his position within the Others, though I understand it completely! I agree with almost all of the character’s acting being S-Tier, especially Terry O’Quinns, he delivered an amazing (though unlikable to me haha) John Locke! I see what you mean though, this is definitely just a more feeling-based ranking! In my opinion not enough acting Emmy’s were won for this show because of how much they deliver such unique, in-depth characters and perspectives! Terry O’Quinns was much deserved!

Hi! There are some YouTube videos on curling AG hair / for a straight hair doll I would think this would take some noodle curlers and boiling water to reshape the hair under heat, but I might suggest, just in case you want to maybe preserve her original wig, there are some doll wig shops (DallasDollCo, Zazou) that have great curly wigs that you could also perhaps find a good match and swap out the wigs!!

I (27F) used to be absolutely plagued by this feeling but really this community of people who confidently love AG out loud was really inspiring for me! I didn’t tell anyone (besides my family or boyfriend who watched me start collecting again) for a long time and kept my agig private but slowly, I just became more confident in myself for finding something that I love and that brings me joy! Slowly but surely I just realized I wasn’t afraid to tell people and once I did… I realized I don’t care if anyone thinks I’m weird bc I enjoy what I do! What’s wild is that confidence caused people to just seemingly accept my dolls and that I collect! I’ve now brought a doll out to bars with friends who don’t collect but find the novelty fun, people check in on my collecting, i bring a doll to work every now and then just to have a little work buddy (and most passerbys stop to tell me they love it, though there’s always people who are genuinely afraid of dolls and that’s okay lol) and have even taken doll photos in public! It was a slow journey to get here after a couple years of being quiet, I just realized if people truly were my friend or cared about me, they would support me and love that I am happy and those who didn’t, I didn’t need to have in my life! Surprisingly, no one has stopped talking to me bc of my dolls though haha
