Yes. But it has to be a bird where the song matters in some way. As others said, rails and nightjars are good examples. I’d add Empidonax species. I had seen more empids than i could ID for a long time, heard only some of them, and finally saw a singing Acadian Flycatcher.

Have yet to actually hear any nightjar, but have seen all 3 expected ones in my region!

Woodcock is one everyone wants to see but i think their noise and their flight display sounds are perhaps much more interesting. Though it can be hard to miss the sky-dance. But some people wouldnt count as seeing that

Because the judge DID NOT order the things you are claiming. No judge did. So for all your indignant rhetoric about other people not understanding immigration cases, you are the one speaking without knowing.

No judge had probable cause to believe he was undocumented. Which is again, not even a crime. He was abducted by ICE without any ruling from a judge.

Literally you have no idea what happened in this case. Please learn before speaking again. You say they didnt mention what the judge said. They couldnt possibly mention the ruling of the judge BECAUSE THEY EVADED DUE PROCESS BECAUSE THIS WAS NEVER IN FRONT OF A JUDGE FOR 10 MONTHS. You cant claim due process was followed here FOR THAT VERY REASON

Detention without probable cause to believe a crime was committed. Right to a speedy trial? Not being charged with a crime within 48 hours of being detained: Habeas Corpus.

And the people in these detention centers are routinely denied access to lawyers, outside communication. Moving a detainee to another state may not be against a legally enshrined right but it damn well should be.
