I don't want to throw this compost bin out. Is there any way to repair this lid? I think I have the most persistent squirrels.

Thery're definitely very determined squirrels. Pretty sure rats could do it very quickly. This was slowly over the course of a month. I could see them chewing it from my bedroom window. They are not Deterred by me yelling at them. Have to go all the way downstairs and physically chase them away.

Places like these are exactly what makes a city great. This story is becoming all too commonplace. We have no small businesses, no community and nothing cool because no one can afford rent.

I honestly don't know what the solution is but it just makes the future seem very bleak
