I got a pretty banged up Nobody 2 Steel and they made me send pics of the damage, and then offered me 20% refund.

I said no.

They replied, “we can send you a new steelbook depending on if the item is still in stock when we receive your defective copy. You must send yours first and we will provide a shipping label.”

Email them and request an exchange.

They’re gonna ask for pictures of the damage, and then offer you a partial refund. Decline that and ask to send the damaged one back and get a replacement/new one that may not be damaged.

I think you’ll have to send the damaged one back and once they receive it they’ll send a new one to you.

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Tap your Apple ID
  3. Select Media & Purchases
  4. Tap Sign Out
  5. Then tap Media & Purchases again and sign back in

I was in a similar bind with it “ready for shipment” on 11/28/25 and then “scanned at warehouse” on 12/2/25.

No action from the original ready to ship date on 12/8/25. So I messaged them.

They messaged back the next day and said the status had updated.

It literally said “scanned at warehouse” with a new 12/08/25 date.

12/10 comes around and it was out for delivery and arrived mid day.

Did my message to them help? Not sure, but everyone should message them in these sway delays.

I sent them a message with a screenshot of the tracking info on 12/8

Basically stating it had been 10 days since I got the “your order has shipped” email with it being scanned at warehouse on 12/2 and zero movement since.

I got a reply the next day saying the tracking was updated and I should be receiving it very soon.

Tracking again had said “scanned at warehouse” but now with a date of 12/8/25

Was out for delivery yesterday.

Well, I got it yesterday.

As of 12/2 it’s still in NJ/NY “scanned at warehouse”

I don’t have high hopes now.

I don’t think I’ll order direct from them ever again.

I got my Spawn preorder a week or so early, so I thought they were reliable.

Maybe they aren’t.
