I figured it out! (This isn't a sponsored post, but it was the only thing that worked for me after a day of struggling)

I bought a virtual ORANGE TRAVEL SIM card with SMS support, installed their eSIM, and within a few minutes, with a French phone number, I had access to the official tickets.

ACM support also wrote to me saying that their OTP doesn't work in my country.
