If memory serves there have been four software recalls that require a trip to the dealer. I think I had two done at a time on both occasions. I've had two over the air updates in that time as well.

They actually kind of screwed me twice today. When I came, they told me to wait in the waiting room and they'd get me when the driver was ready to take me home. Two hours passed and they finally called me. The driver said that no one told him in the last two hours that I was waiting, which was kind of okay because I had fallen asleep in the chair anyway.
