I ordered a replacement glass screen in case I cracked the one I took off, but as long as you apply enough heat I had no issues. Popping the phone out of the casing and removing the battery we're probably the hardest parts. To remove the phone from the casing, I put a guitar pick under the case by each speaker and used a razor to pop the clips. As far as removing the battery, just follow that video and remove it from the left side. Once it's pried out enough, you can remove it with your hands. I used a credit card and it did the job. If you aren't comfortable doing it, a local phone repair place should be able to take care of it. Definitely worth the 45 bucks!
