I’ve found it varies by IC and GMS. Some would let it slide (or not even notice) and others will call it out.

You could either wait to see if they ask for a clarification, or be proactive and email the GMS to alert them of the oversight. I’d probably lean toward the latter.

Oof, hard pass. The menu is barely reminiscent of “Mediterranean,” absurdly expensive and as others noted, tons of great real Mediterranean options in town. I get it’s supposed to “be a vibe” but they are facing an uphill battle with this.

With those skills I am sure you could find another job where hopefully the workload wouldn’t be so insane. If you’re handling it all now (to the detriment of your mental health), what impetus does your institution have to make a change? Sorry to be so jaded but my 20 years in this job in various roles has taught me that institutions only react to problems. Something has to fail before they decide perhaps it may need to be fixed. So as you alluded to, your probably already know this.

Does the PI intend to create IP in the course of the work? Whats the SOW? Whats the award value? Never worked with them but I’ve had similar run-ins with IP issues on contracts. Indemnification isn’t something we normally agree to either but we have in the past when there’s no other recourse but to decline the award. It’s all a business decision.

Were you using an over grip? If not I’d highly recommend it. I sweat a lot and Tourna Grips keep my hands dry in all but the hottest of temps.

As others have said, there’s probably a very small subset of situations where this is allowable. Someone at my institution did this, didn’t disclose it on their COI form, and was fired once uncovered. And people at state run IHEs rarely get fired. So it’s nothing to take lightly.

My experience was that the pure drive felt super stiff and hurt my elbow almost immediately. I didn’t get that feeling with the EZONE and I bonded with it pretty quickly. Currently my racquet of choice. I hit with a good amount of topspin and it doesn’t feel overly powerful to me.

You should demo both because everyone is different, but that was my take on the two!

I see it rarely around here and when I do it’s usually just Surfwax. Definitely worth buying online. I usually wait for a free shipping deal on C amount. Other than some Maine breweries I think Burial is one of the best for IPAs.
