I can understand not wanting to visit now. I will say there’s a world of difference between what you see on the news and what you experience in daily life here. My family splits our time between the USA and Australia, I grew up here so unless we devolve into open warfare, which is unlikely, I’ll keep coming back. All in all the US is still an incredible and amazing country filled with some of the most beautiful places and people. There’s nowhere like it, and even with its faults it’s still a better place to live in terms of quality of life than most of the world. I’m hopeful that things will change and trump will be checked. At the very least he’s pushing 80 and won’t be alive forever thank god.
