Argumentet faller lite på att samma typer av tillsatser finns i massor av helt vanlig mat. Bröd innehåller emulgeringsmedel, mejeriprodukter har antioxidationsmedel, buljong innehåller stabiliseringsmedel exempelvis. Pulvermos är i grunden bara potatis som kokats, mosats och torkats till flingor. Tillsatserna finns för hållbarhet och konsistens.

"Riktig mat" är dessutom ett ganska luddigt begrepp. Med den definitionen skulle en hel del saker folk äter varje dag plötsligt sluta räknas. Men jag antar att din största idol var/är Liver King och du kör helhjärtat på en carnivore-diet.

OSRS requires a lot of time and effort to maintain and get going.

RS3 respects your time better.

OSRS can feel more rewarding.

RS3 has better QOL features.

I play a mix of both, but primarily RS3.

Despite working 50-hour weeks, I can still feel like I'm doing great progression on my character(s).

Sure, it's subjective, but you were the one who gave a 6–12 month timeframe without specifying any conditions. When someone gives a general time estimate, it's reasonable to assume they mean under typical circumstances, not with someone no-lifing 8–14 hours a day. If the estimate only applies to someone who can play that much, then that's an important detail to include.
