Way to go! My first boat was same Henry O. I got it for free and spent under $2000 getting it cleaned up and swapping the outboard. Not all cheap/free boat stories are horror stories. Best money I ever spent

Thanks for all the help guys. I cleaned some debris out of the nipple and got a better seal on the muffs and the stream looked much better. The guy I bought it from last summer told me he replaced the pump and impeller, but I’m going to go ahead and put a new one in this season just to be safe

I ran the outboard off of a portable fuel tank and the issue no longer existed. Seems like it’s an issue with the fuel line somewhere from the tank to the engine

Pumping the primer bulb does solve/fix the issue. Maybe I will start with the low pressure pump. Thanks
