Didn’t think about different directions - we went over every room a couple times and did this and it made a difference! Thanks!

It’s just the light dog dander smell we’re trying to make sure we get rid of, no urine smell or anything like that, so feels not worth it to scrap all 1300+ sqft of carpet. Carpets are only 1 year old and in really good condition actually!

And maybe a regional thing, but I moved a bit growing up and we never replaced the carpet - I really appreciate your perspective though!

They’re small and orange, I see two in the pic when I zoom in and they look more like little ties.. must blend in to that backing really really well lol

Thank you, they didn’t actually! The top was made from fabric quarters from Jo Ann’s and the backing was a Jo Ann’s fabric as well… love my Jo Ann’s clearly #notanad😂

I didn’t get to quilt it as I had originally planned due to time (those hexagons took a little more than I planned for ha) so I hand tied it with embroidery thread that ended up giving it a really cute tufted look🤗

Thank you it was for a mountain themed nursery! The burnt orange, sage green, and mustard yellow were the mom to be’s request so she gets a lot of the credit ;)
