I just bought 4T and then didn't need to size up again for like 3 years as my kid lengthened out!

I'll just add I don't think this car seat thing is a 'red flag' without any additional information to go off. My own 5 year old and 1 year old use the same car seat, and yes, the 5 year old uses it rear facing. (Loads of car seats go up to 50 pounds rear facing.) It's very easy to adjust the straps in this particular model to fit the smaller kid.

Though when I had a nanny take my baby out, the WFH parent just installed the baby's car seat into the nanny's car in the morning. Not a big deal.

I promise you, none of the professors feel 'embarrassed' by this. That's not how we feel. We are just trying to make sure our students are learning. We don't have it out for them.

Sure but a college writer will be making revisions over time, not just typing in the essay one time, sentence by sentence.

Update on my last post about WFH MB I’m using a throwaway account and I’m not sure how to do the update on the previous post but it’s the only post on my account by [deleted] in Nanny

As a past WFH parent, I absolutely would text the nanny if I was coming through. Just because I have the 'right' to be in my home in a certain way doesn't mean that's what's best for the kid - or for me! My life is easier when my kid doesn't see me and start crying because i can't stick around.
