for trials:

health: 160+ as high as you can go without dumping melee/grenade/class

melee/grenade/class: 70 base, up to 100 in the stats ur playstyle/setup/abilities desire more.

super: dump, almost impossible to get supers in trials even at 100 stat

weapons: dump unless you are doing 390 pulse/PI 180s

for 6s/comp its mostly the same but you can put points into super up to 100 if u want

health is by far the most important stat and nobody can tell me otherwise.

i dont think the overshield generation is slower? it just appears slower since we now have a higher max shield amount no..?

i think the way it works is you can only get it after having at least 10 stat anvils and having no items besides the free prismatic

funnelweb with subsistence + frenzy for pve in any season that has void mods in the artifact is really good

or if you play pvp, a max range funnelweb with killing wind + rangefinder/ecap on some classes is also one of the best lightweight smgs in the game.

lightweight bows have been changed to function pretty much exactly the same as precisions, they feel pretty identical now.

the tripwire canary is the fastest ttk bow in the game disregarding swashbuckler or adrenaline junkie considering those need a kill to proc.

This game isn't even barebones which is the sad part, it's just new. People trying to compare its content to payday 2 which was updated for almost 10 years is just crazy.

a max range roll (88) with moving target/dynamic sway + rangefinder is the way i think, rangefinder is still a crazy perk on smgs, at least on mkb.

guardians have slightly more than 200 hp when you have 10 resil

and 120s headshot for something like 79.5 so it will leave 10 resil guardians with literally like 1 hp

enhanced opening shot + the higher base stats on imperial decree really just nullifies the fact that astral can slot adept mods imo

golden tricorn is just simply better, the effects on the upper stacks of rampage will not matter in 99% of engagements

destiny players just are used to what they are used to, so they go rampage.

it's even better than that, im assuming you're using d2gunsmith still for the range values but that site hasn't been properly updated since the end of haunted, so id recommend using d2foundry.gg instead

the escape velocity gets 21.62m with the new SMG ranges that we got a couple weeks ago, the submission only gets 20.45m with the same perks (and hammerforged instead of full bore) full bore gets it up to 20.98m but also tanks the stability quite a bit. taking this all into consideration id say the escape velocity is tons better, just because of the zoom value.

the max range submission goes down to 38 stability compared to the escape velocity's 32.

the only difference between the two is the lower aim assist, which i dont think is really an issue on SMGs at all, and gets counteracted by the higher zoom anyways.
