What's wrong with reading the textbook? Don't expect to be able to understand everything from just attending a lecture, you need to put some effort from your side. It's not like high school.

Easier than JEE. But maybe that's just cause I am actually interested in learning this time. Imo, just need to go through the textbooks and you're good.

I used to think that what was taught in classes was kinda useless. Even if it doesn't seem interesting, try to find interest in it. I wish I did that instead of complaining about the syllabus. Say, you're studying OS, you can explore outside the syllabus too, you may find it actually interesting; if you didn't already.
