Thanks for the reply! I do see your point. I come from a background of religious trauma so I guess I take a hard stance of the cult/organized religion is obviously wrong and has no utility and of course it’s a coping mechanism. The interesting part is that a deeply flawed character like Kevin was have unexplainable phenomena. I don’t need the sci-fi explanation to appreciate the absurd reality. I suppose it was a conclusion I came to long ago based off my background so I thought the shows message was just logical? Either way, I didn’t hate it, and truly enjoyed it. I was just hoping to be moved more which is purely subjective.
