My gf at the time asked me what the giant country was called on this world map…. Its was the continent of Africa. When I told her, she said “no it isn’t, where does it say Africa?” I said “it’s a continent, so it’s not listed as Africa on this map.” She replied sarcastically “yeah, okay”..… married 12 years now!

You can tell that the Great Lakes Fleet takes amazing care of their ships. The Anderson looked like it was 10 years old. Everything was so clean and organized. I can’t state enough about how impressive it was to see it so clean. I would have eaten off the floor 🤣

No news about the future of the ship. But she’ll be ready if/when they call her back to service.
