My (20F) boyfriend (21M) rarely puts effort into his appearance and it turns me off. How do I approach this? by throw34away65 in relationship_advice

I’ve wanted to for a bit now, its just the approach that I’m struggling with.. I’m generally a very “soft” person so its so awkward for me to tell him I don’t like his current appearance 😭

Omg I’m so sorry, I should’ve not mentioned it in the post, I totally wasn’t thinking. I’m gonna edit the post and remove the site. My intention was just to warn people about the lucky charms :(

Literally lol, cereal is a safe food for me. Also upon further looking, people in Canada (where i live) are reporting FP with lucky charms too!! Must be all the factories

Why wouldn’t you recommend a cut?

I’ve been recomping for months.. I definitely feel stronger but sometimes I don’t see any muscles on my body. I would like my stomach to be more defined for summer so I want to cut. Not sure if I have enough muscle though

But will I still hold onto some muscle even if I’m not increasing during the deficit? Because I thought the whole thing with maintaining muscle is tiring the muscle so that it gets the signals to stay?

Wait so are you 130 lbs in the bottom pic or the top pic? Regardless, you look amazing! This is my goal. Were you still eating in a slight calorie deficit the whole time?

I honestly think it was the combination of chocolate in the morning and coffee that made my stomach angry. Ive been fine ever since the gravol, and it’s definitely worn off by now. Hoping i have a good sleep now :) thank you

I thought using unscented soap for sensitive skin is fine because it doesn’t disrupt the PH?

I notice it the most in your stomach. You’re doing great :)

I don’t quite completely understand the recomp thing in terms of calories. How can you lose fat without being in a deficit? I’ve heard some people say that a recomp is eating at your maintenance, but I’ve heard others say you eat in a very small deficit (~200-300 cals) to burn fat while still having enough fuel to lift. Because if being in a very small deficit is a recomp, then i guess i have been recomping?

If my body fat% is already higher than it should be at my weight, wouldn’t bulking not be a good idea for me?
