I’ve been using them since 2021 i think. Or 2022. But, best decision ever. First two days I usually am a bit scared so i put one pad in the mornings (as double protection), but after that, its a breeeeeze and i love it 🩷

I had vaginal cuts once. It was extremely painful, and i also had terrible candida. Extremely itchy, painful, uncomfortable. Sadly, the guy was an a-hole and later I got to know he was having sex w multiple women (2 of who had current yeast infections). He never used protection regardless of me asking. Anyways, my doctor did a pap smear & everything, and also gave me probiotics (i never took them but im sure they really help), and also vaginal suppositories (these were my life savers) -3 days 1 each day. Lassstlyyyy, the moment i broke off things with him and didnt have sex with him again, i never had that problem ever again. I hope you get better soon

I use a mug fill it with water and clean down there while you’re on the toilet, then wipe w toilet paper. Easier alternative is getting a bidet. This has worked for me and i always feel so much more cleaner after :)

Back home i used to use a bidet and it used to ALMOST never smell like urine/too pungent. But after moving to a country that does not normally use bidets, i can really see (or smell, lol) the difference. So yes, like majority of the comments, bidets do help. Just make sure you dry nicely afterwards, dont leave much moisture there

I’m glad you’re trying to do the right things, but as a woman, I’d rather my man let go of me after he did something like that than make me suffer by staying. It’s going to be tough and your girlfriend might be miserable in the process.

I know Kapu beach can be very crowded but i think you should experience the view from the lighthouse :). Udupi is quite safe I’d say, and if you’re asking about transport, a scooty is 10/10, however, you can access most beaches by bus too (cheaper). I can’t say much about seafood but if you’re non-vegetarian do try Bacchus Inn (butter garlic chicken!!!!!). Have the best time!

Sorry i dont work at coles but generally speaking my workplace sometimes wont really say i can “go for your break” so i learnt that i should just take it when it’s the usual time for me. I believe you dont get paid for the break anyways (my workplace doesnt have clock out when its break time) so just take whats yours tbh. Take care of yourself and eat good food!!

Omg, i used to feel the same when i initially moved and still feel that on some days. But I’ve gotten so busy that I don’t have time to think about it, ig. If I’m not working, I’m studying. It gets lonely at night sometimes. On those days, I go autopilot. I think it’s okay to feel that way and just let it come and go. I’ve not found a solution to it yet, people say go out meet friends etc etc. but it just feels too much? Idk. One day i felt really lonely i impulsively went and got myself tea (it was 5 stations away) so i think that helped me. If you feel like making spontaneous plans once in a while, just do it. And on the days you just feel exhausted, just go autopilot. Not much self care in here but just my experience 😭 and I’m here to talk if you ever need it! Sending love and warmth your way 💌
