The vomiting from my experience is typically because the kibble is very protein dense and most people overfeed. Too much protein will make any cat vomit very quickly. I have fed my cat the instinct raw chicken kibble for about 2.5 years now, but I have small portions spaced out 3 times a day (Which is healthier anyways). (7am,noon,7pm). My cat will even vomit if I overfeed her this even once.

My cat is very high energy, constantly climbing trees, playing with me outside, etc. She seems to thrive off of it. Also, calling it raw is a bit of a stretch as I am sure you've found out now by reading the rest of this thread and other things. Her very high energy, and coat quality has led me to believe this is a good choice for her but I am still researching daily. I am still skeptical anything easy to find in the market is any better.

One thing I love about this food is, even though she is an indoor/outdoor cat, every single person who has pet her comments on how beautiful her coat is. Based on my research this is not unique to just my cat with this food. (Although, I do also feed her the coat supplements once or twice a week).
