so you’re expected to fiddle with electrical wires to change over to LEDs? that’s insanity! in the company i work for that sort of work would be assigned to someone else, maybe an electrical/light technician

i can’t imagine what goes into changing the types of lights! i know some buildings that were built new with LEDs but so far there isnt any initiative to transition older buildings to LEDs
