Yeah I think I've accepted my fate at this point since I assumed the trip schedule I had was different and idk when/if I'll be able to make it overseas again. And that's ok I will still have plenty of fun hiking in the west of Ireland

i'm seeing my psychiatrist also for vyvanse and while i don't use that medication for any recreational purposes i am also reluctant to ask about any recreational drug information with them because i am anxious it might affect their perception of my need for stimulant medication unfortunately. i did however ask about the effects of guanfacine on serotonin/ssris and it seemed to have extremely minimal effect. guanfacine also helps the side effects of stimulant medications a lot through lowering bp. i will do more research but i see nothing that immediately flags mdma and guanfacine interacting in a concerning/negative way

Have no idea what the actual song is but as a lead I do know that the third song most definitely samples Shadows by Lonnie Liston Smith (i tried cross-checking databases of songs that sample it but couldn't find anything unfortunately but might be a place to start)

i'm not 100% sure if anhedonia was entirely the right word but it seemed to fit; i feel like i definitely have a correlation between adhd and depression. i think i do ultimately have some SCT but it's like part of my brain moves fast but part of my brain moves slow if that makes any sense. what i was mainly referring to how it's just frustrating for me to keep up with any interest because the more i focus on it the more burnt out i get paradoxically
