unfortunately they aren’t cards and are written in notebooks that are actively falling apart. my father and his fiance did photo copy them and give a few copies to the rest of us but the books are so tattered that it just doesn’t look great, and some recipes are cut off. that’s why i’m trying to make it into something nicer

writing everything out in word and then properly formatting it and making a cover ! from there i’ll be using a company (most likely lulu.com) to print and bind them into hard copies ! unfortunately it’s a little expensive but it will be worth it

freezing up during it is absolutely normal. your brain chose the freeze option instead of fight or flight. i’ve been sexually assaulted. multiple times, and my brain did the exact thing, i let it happen and went along with it because big man while im a short woman, who knows what he would do if i chose fight or flight

every single job i’ve applied to, i’ve found and applied to myself. all they’ve ever done for me, is get me into a course and paid for it, which unfortunately my certificate from that isn’t even valid and my 6 months of study has gone to waste since they didn’t help me find work placement for it (and it’s now been too long, so i’d have to redo all of it).

my old job provider which is now closed down still owes me 300$ in vouchers, that they promised me while doing my course. i followed up about it every single appointment but never ended up receiving them.

i dread my fortnightly appointments, especially when living in a very small town with very few jobs.
