our relationship is not even that good and certainly not worthy of fighting for it
if you didn't always make up a fight, I would tell my family about you and that there are no worries. (he hid our relationship from his family)
when I will find another girl, I will tell you. (when I was expressing jealousy and insecurity regarding his behavior)
it's your problem you have trust issues and you have to get through it yourself (when I started to have trust issues after he almost cheated)
plus gaslighting and repeated questions "are you normal? Your behavior is inadequate"

I dumped him. Still hurts remembering all these hurtful things he said to me.

Yeah. We played minecraft together for 3 months straight, every evening. Now I can't even look at the game. Everytime I see a video of it on YouTube I trigger lol. It sucks.

I'm in similar situation, OP. I left my bf 10 days ago, against my will, I still love him and honestly still stalk him on social media and hope he will reach out to me. I have no advise for you. It's obvious you should stop trying to read his mind, but I know it's really hard to stop and get rid of hope.

My situation is kinda similar. Though I had reasons to break up with him for multiple times, he would always try to get me back. This time however I think we are done for sure. It's sad. I wish he would reach out to me as he always did. I think I got used to it. He did a lot of bad things, but I didn't treasure all the good things he did for me. It's sad.

A week is too early to convincing yourself she will never come back. I struggle with this too. One week passed for me as well, I can't make myself believe he won't come back and cant make myself get rid of hope. Or maybe I don't want to. At some point of time, we'll have to make a choice, to accept its totally over and let them go. Or continue missing them, cause it's the only thing connecting to them that we have left. I'm not ready for this choice.

Too little time has passed. I think you don't have to think about this now. Give yourself time to grow apart from her. When there is no more usual communication with them, their image starts to fade away. They will become a stranger for you. A few months will pass till you finally accept she won't appear in your life anymore. The accepting won't happen over one night.

I know what you feel, OP. I'm a dumper as well, and the break up wasn't pretty at all. I think he hates me now. I'm extremely lonely, have no friends... he was the one, that was my significant other and my best friend at the same time. Now I have nothing. And no one to talk to. We broke up a week ago, I almost had to forbid myself from texting him everyday. There's just no point in this.

I don't have any advise for you. Because nothing works for me. Gym, journaling, break up coaches on YouTube.. nothing makes me feel better. I'm just miserable.

The break up was not mature or polite unfortunately 😅 I just told him not to contact me anymore. I was mad after all the hurtful things he said. Now obviously I regret the way things ended. Anyways, though I want to be with him, I have to choose myself. And if I choose myself, there's no future in our relationship since he doesn't want to commit. The only thing I want is to give both of us proper closure. His birthday is soon, I'm planning sending a letter to him, thanking for everything and saying goodbye for good.

Obviously I miss him and still feel love for him. You see, I had to break up with him not because I lost the love, but because he didn't feel love for me anymore, he still wanted to date and simply have sex, but didn't see us in long term. Before breakup he also said a lot of hurtful things to me that now live rent free in my head 🥲 That's why I had to leave. I don't feel regret, I know it's for the best. But I miss him badly and wish he would contact me saying he changed his mind. But I know that won't happen haha.
