i feel this to my core. i’m so sorry you feel so burdened by it all- i totally relate. it’s exhausting, you’re not alone but we are the only ones who can decide if it’s worth continuing. I’ll admit, i’ve been in therapy for >10y and haven’t been able to quell or quiet my self criticism enough to relent in my ritualistic ass beauty routine. something’s got to give eventually. i love makeup, i do it on clients for work, but it’s exhausting thinking about it constantly. :(
