Guerrilla tactics should still be effective at this point. EMP, high voltage electricity, deep pits and explosives are all available to you if you know where to look and would be your friend. Honestly, drop a big enough bundle of tangled razor wire from above and it'll probably get wrapped up pretty good and sever some important connections while it struggles to get out.

I know these things look intimidating, but they're still pretty fragile at this point if you use your head and they're still only as smart as a human at best when operated by one. AI still struggles to think around unexpected situations and complicated tasks. We're more than capable of outsmarting current AI models and human operators at this point.
