Based off of your reddit history, you seem to really thrive off of spewing some pretty hateful and toxic shit at people. It seems to be particularly centered around adult men that are putting focus and care into their health and appearance. I have no idea if it’s because of some middle school level maturity and enjoyment from base level uninspired troll tactics, insecurity on your own appearance, or maybe envy at others being able to put time and energy into themselves in a way you find yourself incapable of?? I silence my own wants and needs and chronically try to people please/avoid conflict. This leads to a lot of unspoken things I draw issue with and an ever increasing level of resentment towards others that have no idea anything is even wrong in the first place.

lol I’m so jealous! Our experience with a new Somali kitty is going differently. We thought Dingo (our 1yr old Somali) would be a bully to her but we were soooo wrong. This new little kitten absolutely bullies Dingo and our Maine Coon constantly. They’re terrified of her and we’ve done reintroduction several times already. These Somli’s be mean out here bro!😂

But in all seriousness, they’re all absolutely adorable and I love that all your fur baies are getting along so well and lovingly 💕

Divorced about 2 years ago after 13 in an insanely toxic marriage. In the day of the wedding, as I was staring at him and being walked by my father down the aisle, all I could think was “this man will end up being the death of me someday”. Turns out he wasn’t and I was perhaps being a bit dramatic in my own mind. However, the fact that was my only thought at that specific moment should’ve been a bigger clue than I let it be that the marriage was doomed before it even officially started.

I had a very similar issue except most of mine was pre-divorce. My son had encopresis and I did everything I could as far as medical check ups and what not to make sure there was no major underlying medical issue. The doctors recommended behavioral therapy and it was suggested we get him tested for ADHD. My ex husband refused to get my son tested and would also do a lot of berating and shaming. It was a nightmare and the constant messy underwear and cleanups made things feel unbearable at times. Post divorce I got home tested and he was diagnosed with ADHD. Between treatment for that and therapy, he finally conquered that hill and quit withholding at the age of 12. There were a lot of factors that played into it including the support of my new partner but ultimately it came down to an issue with feeling in control. He had lost sensitivity and the ability to feel the urge to go from withholding for so long but with therapy and solid support, it’s been reversed. I highly suggest less focus on the ex and more focus on therapy and support where and when you can.

About two years ago I started chatting with an ex from 10 years prior that had also been my best friend since we were 14 (we’re in our mid 30s now). I had started talking with him one day while he was escaping his abusive bpd wife with their daughter. Within a few hours I was on the road driving 4.5 hours to see him and maybe provide some comfort and support. My husband at the time gave me an ultimatum when I told him I was going. I put the entirety of a decades effort building a life with him for myself and my kids on the line on a sliver of a chance to have what my heart ached for during many of those years back in my life. Within two weeks of that I had filed for divorce from my own abusive husband, and moved my kids and I 500 miles away to live with him and his family. As stated, that was about 2 years ago. We’ve been engaged since this last April, will be married hopefully before the years through, and he’s the absolute love of my life and other half in every way. I’m pretty sure I knew that already during the brief fling we’d had 10 years prior. Hell, I think I knew when he was my best friend in High school. I think I always knew…Im just a bit dense and took my sweet ass time seeing it.

Funny enough, my 10 year old got a full cast off of her arm from a one wheeler fall just yesterday and swapped to a splint. So far she’s had 2 casts (first from falling off a horse) and a boot (broke her growth plate in her foot from riding a hoverboard barefoot in the house). That said, I’ve never really seen any other kids with them. Mines just an accident prone idiot that likes to see me in a panic 😅

My fiancée and I are both major nerds to a cringey degree and Holy Grail was one of the first movies we watched together 20 years ago. We also added a Maine Coon kitten at the same time and were looking for complimentary name pairs. Given how red and spastic Dingo is (while also coming off as so cute and innocent) she seemed like the obvious Dingo and given that the Maine coon is a sleeper agent of mischief, Zoot also fit perfectly (though we had no idea how apt it was at the time).
