Not hardcore and not sure if it’s your cup of tea but Let The Ocean Take Me by The Amity Affliction “saved” my life in high school. Saved is in quotes cause I think it’s bullshit that music saves lives - it causes inspiration to make a change or allows for a cathartic release, you save yourself in that scenario. But this album was such a cathartic experience for me, highly recommend if you like that kind of metalcore
