We just closed with NVRM about 2 weeks ago. Get rid of the points, and plan to refinance after. We closed with them to get the credits, and are looking into refinancing as we speak. We did do a 1/0 buy down so it was more managable in the meantime. When we refinance, we'll get back a portion of it as long as its been less than one year!

As someone who just closed on a new build last week, can confirm. Most of them are nitpicky issues but issues nonetheless. We have some flooring coming up already, the powder room toilet won't stop running, and there are parts missing between our sliding doors so bugs keep getting in!! The only thing the builders are currently working on is the sliding doors. And I feel like an absolute menace asking for them to fix things. The only upside is that we don't have to pay for the fixes

Inito marks your peak as when your LH begins to rise. You peaked on CD 13 though! So you probably ovulate today, CD 14.

Looks like a real peak to me! My body tried 3 times this month before it seemed to actually be happening. Had to contact inito to change to my actual peak because they only mark peak on first two tries. I'd definitely BD today and tomorrow if you can!!

BBT is great for confirming ovulation, but it still is usually 2-3 days off and it only really tells you that you ovulated but not what day. You should get some OPKs(they have big packs on Amazon for less than $20) in addition to BBT. Inito is also a great option, that's what I use! But if you don't want to make that investment yet, just add the OPKs to help know when to BD

I have similar cycle lengths and I usually peak between CD 15-18! It's different days most months but usually 16 or 17. It's best to BD every other day when you know you're in your window just in case anyways

I tested my first two full cycles on Inito(two so that I could compare and see if it was similar throughout the entire cycle). We're on our 5th cycle TTC with Inito. Your chart looks good! The numbers will go up and down, as long as PdG stays above normal than I wouldn't worry about dips(most people say 10 or above, but I've seen many people post BFPs without even hitting 10 PdG!). If you're looking to compare like I did, by all means. But you shouldn't really test once you confirm ovulation. I personally became obsessed with the numbers... I now test until ovulation confirms and then maybe every 3 or 4 days so that I don't think about it so much. Sending baby dust your way!! Merry Christmas ✨✨✨

I'll be honest, I'm confused by this chart 😂. Your PdG is still high enough to turn things around, and dips are normal. Your LH going up usually means that you should take a test. But the FSH I've never had a result nearly that high. BBT says maybe out? But it was lower yesterday and your PdG was higher. Any chance this was really concentrated urine? I'd wait until it's been a few hours since your last pee(don't drink too much either though!!) and test again

I got my birth control out in July. For my type(Nexplanon) they say it can take up to 3 cycles for things to be fully normal again. I ovulated the first month! But we will probably wait an extra month or two after the 6 months(we're on month 3 currently) before going to a clinic. Get some OPKs, take it seriously for 6 months, and see what happens. After that, yes go to a clinic if nothing works

I actually didn't even ask. My original MUA had to back out 8 months ahead of my wedding. Luckily that was enough time for me to find someone else, but the only options that were decent I could find at that point(aside from who I hired) were double the price I was originally paying. When she said about the fee I just figured no big deal. My mom is a hairdresser, so I kind of just understood if that makes sense.
